consent + relationships

  • 6726 Center Rd Traverse City, MI (map)

Have you ever said yes when you realized you meant no? What would life be like if you could say maybe more — and take more time to decide? Feeling for our authentic yes’, no’s and maybe’s is one pathway to living with more consent in all of relationships.

You might want more of this in your intimate relationships. With your boss. With your kids. Or even with yourself. Consent is a vital part of building trustworthy relationships. It also supports building a culture that honors everyone’s dignity and safety.

Come and see how body-based practices (somatic practice) can support you.

This is an introductory workshop with no somatic practice experience required. These “come and see” workshops are designed to introduce embodiment practice and to learn more about how it can support you.

This workshop will be co-facilitated by Lucy Waechter Webb and Tess Waechter Smith. Limited to 20 people.

Cost: Three tiers --

Low cost - $20    |    True cost - $40   |    Sustainer cost - $60

Please register at whatever level is accessible for you. ** No one turned away from lack of funds **
